At Bedizen we remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers.

RETURNS

We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise (see below and note ALL steps on how a return is eligible). Store credit may then be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store Credit never expires. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. Store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return. Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns must be received in original, unused condition- unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free, animal hair free and with tags ATTACHED. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please return shoes in another box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage. DO NOT tape on the original shoe box. 

It is at the discretion of Bedizen to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use.

If a return is denied it will not be accepted as a return and these items will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. Once the reshipping fee is paid your ordered will be shipped and returned to you.

Returns must be post marked within 14 (fourteen) days of the date you receive your shipment. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of store credit.

Should you return an item after this time frame, we cannot accept it and you will be responsible for paying to have it returned to you.

Shipping will not be refunded on any return items. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We suggest adding tracking to your package, so you are able to verify delivery. You may ship your return via USPS.

If you cannot locate the original invoice, please print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you. Email sales@mybedizen.com to receive a copy of a Return Form with the subject "Return Form Request."

Returns received without supporting documentation will be delayed in receiving store credit.

CLEARANCE, SALE ITEMS, HEADWEAR, ACCESSORIES, CAMISOLES, LEGGINGS, BRALETTES, AND INTIMATES. SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. WE ENFORCE THIS POLICY STRICTLY AND STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR RETURNED ITEMS LISTED ABOVE. NO EXCEPTIONS, NO EXCHANGES. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refunded store credit.

Due to order volume & the high risk of sellouts we ARE NOT ABLE to process exchanges.

We at Bedizen believe we have done our best ability to provide as accurately as possible product descriptions, measurements, and pictures in aiding to customers in product purchases. Please note some product images have been edited. All measurements are approximate, please allow for some margin of error.

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, please contact your local post office. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be reshipped at the customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund. See defective or damaged merchandise return process below.

Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to sales@mybedizen.com including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.

Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.

Include your first and last name, your order #, and product code/name of the item. 
You will receive a response from our customer service support team within 24 hours.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund of store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Store credit is typically issued within 3-5 business days of the return arriving at the warehouse. You are notified via email that store credit has been issued in the form of a gift card, along with instructions on how to redeem it.

IN STORE RETURNS

In store returns are gladly excepted for unwashed, unworn, unaltered product with tags attached NO REFUNDS. Returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date and a receipt MUST BE PRESENT. Contact sales@mybedizen.com to make arrangement for returns within the 14 days of original purchase date. Store credit will be issued for the price the items were purchased at. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Returns must be received in original, unused condition- unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free, animal hair free and with tags ATTACHED. All returns are subject to denial if they do not meet our return policy.
