BEDIZEN RETURN POLICY

We only offer store credit for returns. Bedizen gladly accepts unworn, unwashed, smoke, deodorant, makeup, animal hair and perfume free items within 14 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. Once an item is returned we will inspect for signs of wear or use. Please allow for 5 business days for return processing. If an item is deemed returnable we will issue store credit in the form of a gift card to the email attached to the original order. If an item is deemed to not be in returnable condition your item will be shipped back to you at your expense and no store credit will be issued, including shipping costs. 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased with a discount of 30% off or more
  • Items purchased with a discount code specifying all items and or sales final
  • Items that are marked Sale or Final Sale*
  • Hats, headwear and hair accessories
  • Jewelry
  • Belts
  • Beauty or wellness
  • Intimates, Bralettes, seamless wear, hosiery, PJ sets, bodysuits

*Sales include but are not limited to flash sales, coupon codes, store credit codes, markdowns, and popup shops. Any purchases made during a sale or with a discount code of any sort cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Date of delivery will be determined by the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment. After the return has been approved, please make sure it is delivered back to Bedizen or brought to our store within 14 days. Returns that exceed this limit will not be accepted.

Damaged Items: if you received a damaged/defective item, please email staff@mybedizen.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.

Bedizen is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to cover your order if lost, stolen or damaged. 

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please return shoes in another box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage. DO NOT tape on the original shoe box. We recommend carpeted areas for trying on shoes. Any sign of wear to the shoe or damage will make the item ineligible for return.

Exchanges: Due to order volume & the high risk of sellouts we ARE NOT ABLE to process exchanges.

Incorrect orders: If you happen to receive the wrong item or are missing an item let us know by emailing staff@mybedizen.com with your invoice number and the item(s) that is/are wrong. All reports must be made within 7 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. We will send a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item(s) and these items must be shipped back within 7 days.

Price adjustments: We are sorry but we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. We do not price match or do price adjustments on orders placed before or after a sale. Please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing the order.

 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returning In Store Purchases: We understand our store hours are limited so if you make a purchase in store and need to return it please contact us immediately via email at staff@mybedizen.com so that we may assist you in your return. All return policies apply to in store purchases. All return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. In store returns must include the original receipt. In store receipts direct customers to our website mybedizen.com for return policy. Return policy is also posted by the register.

 

Gift purchases: all return policies apply to gift purchases. Gift purchases must include the original gift receipt.

BEDIZEN SHIPPING POLICY

At Bedizen we offer FREE shipping on all orders in the US. Tracking is provided with every order and you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can then check the status of your order at any time by click the tracking link in the email. All orders are shipping via USPS. For In Store Pickup you will receive an email that your order is ready for pickup. Pickup times are during store hours.

All orders will be processed and shipped 1-4 business days if standard FREE SHIPPING is selected. Orders have an estimated delivery of 2-6 business days however they do not have a guaranteed delivery date. USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays so shipping may exceed 6 business days.

During times of high order volume, holidays or sales, the handling time may extend further.

While we strive for fast delivery, Bedizen cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.

If you would like to receive your order sooner you can upgrade your shipping by selecting expedited shipping at checkout for an additional fee. We recommend USPS as it is our preferred shipping method. All express or expedited orders placed after 12:00PM CST on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. We will do everything we can to deliver your order to you as fast as we can however, expedited shipping orders do not have a guaranteed delivery date.

We also offer FREE In Store Pick Up at our store in De Smet, South Dakota. Select Store Pickup at checkout for this option!

Once your order has successfully been placed you will receive a confirmation email indicating your order is being processed. Bedizen is unable to make changes or modifications to an order as we begin working to fulfill the order immediately. However, if you notice your shipping address is incorrect please contact us immediately at staff@mybedizen.com

If your shipment is refused or returned to sender you will receive an email notifying you once the package arrives back to Bedizen. If the package return is due to an insufficient shipping address, the customer is responsible for the charge to ship the order again. This amount must be paid before items are re-shipped to the customer’s correct shipping address. You will receive an email of your shipping invoice for payment. If customer opts to have the order refunded, the original shipping charge will be subtracted.

If your package is never delivered, lost, or stolen and do not chose to purchase shipping insurance Bedizen is not able to provide a replacement or a refund.

 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
